It was high quality in all ways. Included a shower booth and a shower, all very handy. Great bar was available. Had a nice coffee at Starbucks, located 15 minutes walk away.

Mind-blowingly beautiful apartment with high-quality amenities. Super clean and comfortable, with the best shower we've experienced on our European vacation. The host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, providing fans in every bedroom. Easy communication and convenient location near public transport and supermarkets. We will definitely recommend to friends and family visiting Vienna.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decoration of the apartment at Appartements Ferchergasse. The beautiful and comfortable furnishings made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel were very accessible for seniors like me, with easy navigation and no stairs to worry about. It was a relief to have everything conveniently located on one level.
If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation for seniors, it would be to have a few more handrails throughout the hotel. This would provide extra support and stability, especially for those of us who may need a little assistance with mobility.

Friendly staff. Big apartment. Homely atmosphere. Plenty of street parking. Nice, quiet neighborhood.
Location is far from center, however metro is right across the street, and the neighborhood is a nice and quiet getaway from the bustling city.

The apartment was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, such as a coffee machine and toaster. the location was great, with supermarkets and bars within walking distance. public transportation was easily accessible, with train, tram, bus, and taxi stops just 2 minutes away. It was incredibly convenient to explore the city.
The room did get uncomfortably stuffy and warm at times, as we had to keep the window closed to avoid noise from nearby construction works. Another downside was the separate mattresses on the double bed, as they would constantly shift apart and create an uncomfortable gap in the middle.

Hotel is located near public transport, an the apartment is spacious. And that's all that's good about this place. Our own pictures of this place are available upon request. Now goes all that's not good: After getting into our room/apartment we soon discovered that Wi-fi was not working, and there was nobody to fix it. Tomorrow morning my husband fixed it - since there was only a middle aged lady who knew a little about IT. She could be found at the reception some time during the day, but there is no 24/7 reception at Ferchergasse. Advertised free public parking does exist - you can park on the street in front of the "hotel" - if you find a place.
Disgusting kitchen sponge, old and covered with somebody's hair, "modern" bathroom of 170x90cm, and even smaller, separated WC with no sink. We were in apt. No 8, and at www.Booked.net there is not a single picture that shows the bathroom that we had. There were 1 small and 1 large towel per person, no additional blankets nor pillows, only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 of us, for 3 nights (4 days), so we had no choice but to buy it ourselves! Noise from a train/metro is a killer, especially during the night. At first, we thought that there was a bomb attack or something like that. Thank God - there was no balcony that this hotel advertises. Who knows what other surprises we might have discovered if we did have one. For 4 days, nobody bothered to ask us if we need anything, to give us new towels etc. The bathroom floor has no drain, so you have to figure out yourself what to do with the wet floor after taking a shower. Yes - you can do some cleaning yourself, with one extra towel left for that purpose! We also read the house rules - no telephone line for outside calls without "permission", you can dial only the reception. Also, you are supposed to empty your own garbage. Well - we didn't. For 94 EUR per night, we can stay in a real hotel, with proper service. We have learned our lesson! But, there was one thing that really surprised us - the lady was very agile when talking about money. Immediately upon our arrival, she asked that we pay the full amount. So - if one has something to complain about - there is no use - you've already paid for your stay.
